18 Presentation Feeback

When Presenting our presentation to the class about our initial ideas some of the positive feedback we received was that there is a good use of cliff hangers and also a good use of (anti) stereotypes within the product we are going to create. Also quite a lot of the class said they like the look of the plot of our opening sequence and we also have good representations as well as a good target audience.

When looking through the feedback, we received not negative feedback but feedback that will help us improve our opening sequence as they have gave us suggestions towards our product. Some of the feedback we received was that because we have so much action involved they was wondering if we would be able to fit all of the events into our 2 minute opening sequence, I think the class thought of that was because of how we explained things in our presentation. Within the presentation the class suggested we add more detail to the prezi to give the audience more of an idea of what the opening sequence is about for example what props and lighting we are going to use and where the opening sequence will be located.

The class said we successfully used conventions of a thriller film such as with holding the information, we also successfully used stereotypes of a thriller as well as the girls within the opening sequence are represented as weak but throughout the plot it contrasts as the girls become strong and defeat the psychopath.

17 Survey Monkey feedback

From the feedback we receive I noticed that the audience find the storyline the main part in making a thriller most exciting.

From the feedback we receive I noticed the audience prefer for the storyline to be introduced straight away without the long title sequences at the beginning.

When analysing the data we received back from the audience i noticed most of them prefer a crime thriller but not far behind were psychological thrillers.

From the feedback given from the audience I noticed all the people we asked said they started watching thrillers from the age of 15 and under.

When looking back at the data I noticed the audience most enjoy thrillers because of the mystery they contain within, another reason why is because of the suspense they use.

When analysing the information we revieved i noticed from all the audience we asked they do not mind if the main character was a male or female.

From the data we recieved back we found out that the audience think that the sound and music within the thriller helps build more suspense more effectively.
